She worked alongside legal, financial and executive teams and played a key role in driving projects through each phase with precision and focus. Yana's work with small business owners, private investors and America’s number one homebuilder has shaped her expertise in contract management, compliance oversight and process improvement. Yana is valued for her level-headed approach and problem-solving mindset.

Irada brings over a decade of experience managing complex workflows with quality and care. As an Assistant Estimator, she monitored construction activity to source new opportunities and negotiated commercial contracts. She later advanced into real estate sales as a broker—a role that required extensive research, strategic guidance, and solution-driven communication. Most recently, she served as an Executive Assistant to six commercial real estate brokers, where she supported a wide range of high-level projects while navigating diverse personalities. Irada is recognized for her detail-oriented nature, communication strategy, and the deep commitment she brings to her work.
